We run a series of workshops throughout the year on different topics, each aimed at increasing knowledge and skills in key areas relevant to achieving and maintaining health and well-being.

All workshops will be facilitated by the Staff Counselling team, or by invited guest speakers, practitioners and health professionals. You can register for the workshops in more than one topic if you wish.
